Week 26

Hola guapos! How have you been? Gooood...?Good!

So we started off this week with the arrival of my new companion, Elder Lamb, into the mission field! That's right, he's a cute lil' greenie, which makes me a cute lil' trainer πŸ˜‰ But I'm super duper blessed, cause for the first call that night, he was speaking almost fluent Spanish, cause he took a couple years of Spanish class in high school, and also worked at Burger King for a couple of years and can name basically every food item in Spanish. He was also in the very first district that participated in the online MTC, since all of the in-person MTCs closed down back in March.

We also had an all-day p-day on Friday to celebrate Pioneer Day (Utah amirite?). People were lighting off their extra fireworks from the 4th of July, and we celebrated by going to a chapel with the Zone, played some games, and ate some pizza.
That Monday afterwards (since we didn't have p-day), we participated in our stake's food drive, where we helped load close to 500 cars with food.

We've also had about 2,378,821,945 meetings this week, and although we don't have a car, we still got 🚴‍♂️ BIKES 🚴‍♂️, and even though we're all sweaty and tired by the time we get back to the apartment (cause it's 2,378,821,945°F here), we made sure to take advantage of our sick nasty bikes and take a squad photo. Sooo... enjoy!
